ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING:

Parking for ADA Guests are available at the East Gate Parking Lot (by parking pass) and the Courthouse parking lot. Please call ahead of time as ADA-friendly parking is limited and often goes quickly.

ADVANCED TICKETS

While in the ballpark, tickets for future games may be purchased at any Box Office window. Tickets will increase $2 the day of the game. You can also purchase tickets at DaytonaTortugas.com. If purchasing online, please ensure that you are going through TicketReturn.com as this is the only platform we use.

AFFILIATION:

The Daytona Tortugas are the Class-A Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.

ALCOHOL:

The Daytona Tortugas work hard to promote responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the ballpark. ALL guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests. Alcoholic beverages are available at the Hot Corner, LKQ Bar on the riverwalk and the Beer Room next to the main concession, throughout Jackie Robinson Ballpark, as well as portable beverage stands and The Budweiser Bullpen. Remember, should you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and be considerate of other fans. Alcoholic beverage sales on the concourse will stop at the conclusion of the seventh inning. The Budweiser Bullpen will stop serving alcoholic beverages at the middle of the ninth inning.

ANIMALS

With the exception of trained service animals as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no animals are permitted within Jackie Robinson Ballpark. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date. Exception for Bark in the Park specified days.

AUTOGRAPHS:

Guests may seek autographs from the time the gates open until the umpire plate meeting, approximately 10 minutes prior to the first pitch. Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game. Guests may not climb or lean on top of dugouts, bullpens, field gates, or the net behind the dugouts and home plate. Guests seeking autographs from a seat location other than their own, will be asked to proceed to their designated seating location.

BABY-CHANGING AREAS:

Changing stations are located in every restroom at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

BAGS & BACKPACKS:

Each ticketed fan is allowed to bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a small purse/clutch no larger than 6.5” x 4.5” with or without a strap.

*Please note that all types of bags and clutch purses will be screened prior to entry into the stadium. Diaper bags are permitted in, regardless of size, but will be subject to screening as well. All bags and purses not meeting the requirements set forth by the clear bag policy will not be permitted to enter the ballpark this year. There is no storage area for any items at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

Fans carrying required medical supplies or devices into the stadium are not subject to the clear bag policy but will be required to go through the bag check lines setup.

BATS:

Full-size baseball bats are prohibited from entry by guests to the ballpark.

BROADCASTS:

All of our games are broadcasted on the Tortugas Radio Network. You can listen live to play-by-play with the Voice of the Tortugas, Brennan Mense, on our website, https://www.milb.com/daytona/fans/audio-listen-live

CARD POLICY:

Jackie Robinson Ballpark accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Card transactions are accepted at ticket windows, concessions, and merchandise locations.

CHILD TICKETS:

Children 13 and younger qualify for the child's ticket price. Children 3 and younger can enjoy FREE admission to the game.

CLUBHOUSE ACCESS:

Entry to either clubhouse is reserved exclusively to those with the appropriate credentials. This rule applies to any children, friends of players, spouses, agents, or representatives of players.

From Orlando: Highway 4 (East) to State Road 400 (East). Turn left (North) at Ridgewood Ave. Go left on Orange Ave. Stadium and parking will be on the left. 105 E. Orange Ave.

From the North: State Road 10 (East) to Interstate 95 (South). Exit Interstate 95 onto US Highway 1 (South). Turn left onto Orange Ave. Stadium and parking will be on the left. 105 E. Orange Ave.

From the South: State Road 706 (West) to Interstate 95 (North). Exit Interstate 95 at the State Road 400 (East) exit. After exiting, turn left (North) onto Highway 1 and turn right at the Orange Ave. intersection. Stadium will be on the left. 105 E. Orange Ave.

From the West/Clearwater Beach: State Road 80 to State Road 31. Take State Road 70 to State Road 17. Keep right on State Road 570 (East). Take exit 24 and merge onto Highway 4 (East). Continue onto State Road 400 (East) and Turn left (North) at Ridgewood Ave. Go left on Orange Ave. Stadium will be on the left. 105 E. Orange Ave.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT:

At Jackie Robinson Ballpark we try our very best to maintain a family friendly ballpark environment and out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

• Trespassing on the playing field at any time;

• Interfering with baseballs that are in play;

• Throwing or tossing objects;

• Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;

• Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;

• Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;

• Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;

• Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or

• Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member.

FAN MAIL:

While we cannot guarantee that all fan mail will be answered, the team, coaches, players and staff like hearing from their fans. Letters to Daytona Tortugas players should be addressed to them individually and mailed to:

If a response is desired, a self-addressed, stamped envelope is recommended. The Tortugas players, management, and staff are not responsible if an item or letter is not returned. Mail sent after the final game of the season will be returned to sender.

FIRST AID:

Guests can contact any game-day employee if in need of medical assistance.

FIRST GAME CERTIFICATES:

Certificates are available free of charge at the 50/50 table behind home plate

FOUL BALLS:

Any foul ball hit into the stands may be kept. Guests are not permitted on the field or to reach into the playing area. Foul balls may be dangerous, so please be alert at all times and aware of the potential hazards.

FOOD/DRINK POLICY:

The Tortugas prohibit bringing ANY outside food or beverages into the ballpark. Prohibited items include any food or beverage not purchased in the ballpark. Exceptions include: items necessary for health reasons, such as medications, glucose, etc. No glass, no exceptions. If a guest has special dietary needs, please contact the office ahead of time.

GATES OPEN:

All three gates will open for Season Ticket Members 15 min. prior to the regularly scheduled gate open time. Gates open for a regular scheduled game an hour before game time.

GIVEAWAY POLICY:

Distribution of promotional items are for guests in attendance with paid admission only and are limited to one item per person in attendance. Giveaway items are distributed in accordance with the promotion’s specified restrictions (i.e. first 1,000 guests, ages 12 & under). Ballpark management recommends arriving early on promotional giveaway dates. A ticket is not a guarantee of a promotional item. All promotion dates, items and distribution are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. For bobblehead giveaways, vouchers are given out to the specified number of fans that walk in the gate. Once all vouchers have been distributed, no one without a voucher will be given a bobblehead regardless if they are with a group.

GROUP TICKETS:

Group tickets must be purchased 72 hours in advance and will not be available at the gate. Group tickets may be picked up at Will-Call (located at the East ticket booth) at the group leader's request but it is recommended that they be picked up ahead of time in the front office. Group bookings must be paid-in-full 72 hours in advance.

LOST AND FOUND:

Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item may do so at the 50/50 table behind home plate. To inquire via phone, please call (386) 257-3172 or email [email protected]. Please note that most lost items are located within 12 hours of the game being attended.

MARRIAGE PROPOSALS:

To request a marriage proposal, please call Rachel Morton (386) 271-8745. There is a $500 fee for all proposals. Requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested date. Requests received on gameday may not be honored. A request is not a guarantee. Proceeds go directly to the Tortugas Care Foundation for its community initiatives.

MASCOTS:

The Tortugas mascots are Shelldon and Shelly. You can see both Shelldon and Shelly at all Tortugas home games and keep an eye out for them in the community. You can also purchase a Mascot doll in The Shell Shack Team Store.

MERCHANDISE:

Official Tortugas merchandise is available in The Shell Shack Team Store located along the 3rd base side next to the Hot Corner. This store is during the season and moves to the main office across the street in the off-season. Souvenirs are also available in-game at The Shell Shack. Merchandise is always available online at https://tortugas.milbstore.com

MILITARY DISCOUNTS:

Any current or former military personnel have the opportunity to purchase reserved or general admission tickets at a discounted rate. Military ID’s must be presented at purchase.

MOBILE TICKETS:

Mobile tickets will be the main source of ticket delivery. It is recommended that tickets be downloaded prior to arriving at the ballpark due to slow internet speeds.

NATIONAL ANTHEM:

Guests interested in performing the National Anthem at a Tortugas game should upload an audition video to YouTube and submit the link to [email protected]. The anthem must be memorized, sung a cappella and sung under 90 seconds.

PARKING:

The cost of parking is $5 per vehicle CASH ONLY. You can purchase a SEASON parking pass ahead of time for $30 in the front office or over the phone.

POCKET SCHEDULES:

Tortugas pocket schedules are available at the ticket windows, 50/50 table, The Shell Shack Team Store and various other locations within Jackie Robinson Ballpark. A printable version of the schedule is also available at daytonatortugas.com.

PRESS CREDENTIALS:

Press credentials may be approved by contact our Media Relations Coordinator, Brennan Mense, at [email protected]. Notice must be given within 5 days of the event in request or you will not be approved for a credential. Pick up of credentials can be before the event at the front office or at will call the day of.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

RAINOUT POLICY:

Rain Delay- A rain delay is when a game is officially delayed. Play is scheduled to continue later that day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event of a rain delay.

Rainout- A rainout is when a game is postponed because of rain. When this happens, the game is usually rescheduled for a doubleheader the next time the two teams meet.

If a rainout is declared after 4 and a half innings of baseball have been played, a game is considered official. In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges.

If a rainout is declared before four and a half innings of baseball have been played, tickets can be exchanged for any 2023 regular season game for equal or lesser value. They can be exchanged out at the ticket booths on game-days or at the ticket office.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (MERCH):

The Tortugas Shell Shack store honor returns and exchanges for 30 days with receipt, except for hats. Returns and exchanges on hats will not be honored outside of seven days listed on the receipt and must show no signs of wear or damage. Merchandise must be returned to the shop in which it was purchased in. No returns or exchanges will be honored without a receipt and tags present. Guests are asked to inspect items prior to leaving the store as the Daytona Tortugas are NOT responsible for any damages to merchandise once it leaves the store. Returns or exchanges will not be honored on damaged merchandise. All returns and exchanges are executed subject to management review. Any questions or guest issues regarding refunds/exchanges, contact a retail store supervisor at (386) 271- 8745 or email the customer service inbox at [email protected]

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (TICKETS):

There are no refunds on any ticket purchases or exchanges for single game tickets. Any questions or guest concerns regarding refunds/exchanges, contact a box office supervisor at (386) 257-3172.

RESTROOMS:

There are 1 men’s and 1 women’s locations on the first base side and 1 men’s and 1 women’s locations on the third base side.

SCALPED TICKETS:

Tickets may not be resold on the property of Jackie Robinson Ballpark or in the parking areas that surround it and tickets associated with such transactions are subject to confiscation. We highly recommend fans only purchase tickets through daytonatortugas.com or through Ticket Return.

SECURITY:

For the safety of our fans, all items carried into Jackie Robinson Ballpark are subject to search. No remote-controlled vehicles including cars and unmanned aircraft (drones) are authorized to operate on Jackie Robinson Ballpark property without the consent of the organization and the FAA.

SENIOR DISCOUNTS:

Seniors 60+ may purchase discounted reserved and general admission tickets and are eligible for our Silver Sluggers Membership Program.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not prohibited within Jackie Robinson Ballpark. Smoking is only permitted outside of the Ballpark.

TORTUGAS DUGOUT:

The Tortugas (home) dugout is located on the third base side of the field.

TURTLES NEST:

The Turtle’s Nest is one of our hospitality areas that are available for group outings and must be booked in advance of the game day. It is located along the first-base line, to the right of the Reserved Section C. This area is considered a private area, only for those within the group in which the reservation was under for one hour and a half. After that time, the area becomes open to the general public.

Umbrellas are permitted inside Jackie Robinson Ballpark, but should not obstruct the view of others.

VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Announcements can be made in advance of the game day given the correct information. Any pictures must be in JPG or PNG format. Call the office for more information at (386) 257-3172.

WATER FOUNTAIN:

Water fountains are located behind Section C beside the women’s restroom on the first base side. Standard and wheelchair accessible.

WEAPONS:

Firearms, weapons, knives, tasers and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances (collectively "weapons") are prohibited at Jackie Robinson Ballpark, unless carried by an on-duty police officer or otherwise expressly approved by The Tortugas. Anyone bringing such a weapon to the premises must return it to their vehicle immediately.

WILL CALL:

Will Call is located at the East Gate ticket booth off of Orange Avenue next to the tennis courts. Will Call will open 15 minutes before gates open on a game day. Single game tickets are not available to be placed in will call. Player and Staff list will be located at will call.
